South Park is a show with a bunch of iconic, well-written characters that are funny in their own ways. But there isn't a show without a few bad characters so let me tell you who the worst are. I will also not be including characters who are intentionally unlikable, so Kyle Schwartz and Sheila Broflovski will not be on this list.
5-Sharon
A housewife who is sick of his husband's antics, is always an obstacle her kid has to go through, and for whatever reason will not get a divorce. I wonder where I heard of that before. I understand that her husband is not a good person by any means and that she would get sick of him a lot, but it's not like she is perfect either. How about the time when Kyle has something wrong with his lungs and she suggests to Sheila to give him medicine not made by a professional, which leads to Kyle getting even more sick? I mean, I get that every parent is ignorant in South Park, but the show tries to make her be the reasonable one to Randy, making her out to be the voice of reason when she has done stupid things. Remember the time her and Randy splits up (for a couple of days), and she tells Stan it's his fault that she's getting a divorce. How about when she kidnaps Officer Barbrady or when she sends her son out into the wilderness because he didn't want to vote.
